• To promote and develop the activities of its members.
• To improve and expand the European support for such operations by promoting and developing job creation for disabled people who are unable to fi nd jobs in the general
economy.
• To bring together those organisations offering sheltered employment for people with disabilities.
• To be a forum for the exchange of ideas, information and best practice on how to support disabled people effectively.
• To develop a quality mark in order to showcase the quality of products of sheltered workshops in Europe and work on the development of common products and services and fi nally develop marketing strategies for these products.

• The rehabilitation and integration of people who have a physical or mental disability into work.
• The development of improved psychological and social care.
• To progress consultation and support in welfare aid and social insurance affairs.
• To promote consultation for the development for a better way of life for disabled people.
• To provide support for the transition of disabled individuals into the general labour market.
